POSITION INFO:

Continuous Conversations, Feedback and Recognition (CFR) discussions with your team.
Coaching and mentorship of your team means having ongoing conversations with each member
Management of clientsâ€™ content calendars in conjunction with project coordinators (PCOs)
Preparation and overseeing of monthly social media reports and delivery of those to PCOs in time for their monthly client meetings
Improvements to social department
Scheduling of all social media posts for all clients, as directed by PCOs
Monitoring of all social media platforms for all clients, responding to simple enquiries and escalating complex enquiries to PCOs
Weekly overview of all social media clientsâ€™ dashboards to ensure they are tracking well, with report back to PCOs where there are concerns
Design of social media posts, where needed
Writing for planned social media posts, where needed
Checking all scheduled social media posts (especially if not written by yourself)Â
