JOB DESCRIPTION:

To provide social media co-ordination and administrative support  to  the Social Media team. To assist in the delivery of social media projects, drive effective co-ordination with other social media teams, support the agency management and drive effective reporting and measurement of social media activities. 

 

Implement social media strategies, policies, and operational plans for CIB business areas.

• Understand the business requirements and translate these into clear social media plans and deliverables.

• Implement and execute social media plans

• Brief and oversee production of social media content and distribution by Bank’s agency and   other contracted suppliers.

Qualifications

Formal minimum

qualification 1*

Type of qualification: First Degree or Diploma relevant to Social Media content development and management

Field of study: Social Media Management

Other

qualifications, certifications or professional memberships

Any additional relevant marketing or financial qualifications will be an added bonus

Experience Description: Experience in B2B/ corporate social media content creation, community management, managing briefing processes, measurement and reporting
