Social Media & Content Manager

POSITION INFO:

Our client, an established digital marketing company is looking for social media and content manager to join their team.

Skills required: 

• Understand the inbound marketing concept (and familiar with sales funnels) 
• Ability to brainstorm and formulate social media strategies, including creative direction elements – highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate 
• Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns 
• Direct and review graphic designer’s work 
• Create, manage and optimise paid online campaigns (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter - must be familiar with the platform’s business/ ad panels) 
• Understand and interpret digital marketing data/ analytics (key metrics) 
• Comfortable using digital tools/ platforms to work/ communicate (e.g. Slack, Trello, Google Docs, etc.) 
• Familiar with key social media channels: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, etc. 
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement 

 Qualifications and skills required: 

• Degree in Marketing, Business, English, Journalism or relevant field 
• Experienced and comfortable in Microsoft (Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) 
• At least 2 years’ experience in digital marketing 
• Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google My Business) 
• Experience in WordPress/ Wix is a bonus 
• Knowledge/ experience with PPC or SEO is a bonus 
• Google certifications (Analytics, AdWords, etc.) are a bonus
