SUMMARY:
Cape Town lighting sales leaders — this role needs experience, traction, and commercial confidence.

POSITION INFO:
A well-established organisation in the commercial and industrial electrical & lighting sector is expanding its Western Cape footprint and is looking for a senior sales professional to lead growth in the region. This role is ideal for someone who already understands the Cape Town market and can operate with autonomy and credibility at senior level.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

5+ years’ experience in lighting or electrical sales
Strong exposure to commercial and industrial projects
Existing relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, or end users
Proven ability to close value-based, project-driven sales
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regionally

Job Experience & Skills Required

Developing and managing key accounts across the Western Cape
Selling lighting and electrical solutions into commercial & industrial environments
Engaging with consulting engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders
Preparing technical proposals, quotations, and project-based solutions
Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
