POSITION INFO:

Broker industry background essential to eet minimum requirements

5- 10 Years exerience in Insurance, Commercial and Personal lines 

Qualifications essential 

Advise and assistance to VIP service experience and appropriate risk solutions offered to most Elite  clients 

Performing broker-related functions to establish the clients risk profile and insurance requirements

Risk Management advice, including the review of uninsured risks and claims management services

Underwriting , policies and claims processes 

• Pay particular attention to special risks and high limits, where insurers must be contacted personally, and cover arrangements thereafter confirm in writing
• Ensuring satisfied clients – preventing any possible cancellations of policies
• Attending to all queries as per agreed procedures
• Attending to all amendments on existing policies
• Rendering assistance to clients on all underwriting and claims related matters
• Building a relationship through regular and proactive caring calls – keeping clients abreast of latest products and any news of relevance to them – Virtual Advisor

Bilingualism with excellent communcation skills 

Presentable , business acumen

Expert in terms of risk solutions 

Well educated with Insurance RE, Fais 

Own transport,visiting clients
