Job description:

Meeting monthly collection targets and reduce portfolio risk.
Ensure follow-ups on promise to pays are made on specified dates.
Ensure monthly updated trackings are sent to allocated divisions within the business.
Ensure all potential bad debt accounts are sent to pre-legal for hand over in line with pre -legal requirements.
Preparation of requested refunds
