SKIN CARE SALON & COSMETIC RETAIL AGENT
EASTERN CAPE & GARDEN ROUTE - REGIONAL | South Africa
START: 01 June 2026 / ASAP
REPORT TO: Sales Manager / Director
HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00am - 17:00pm
- 40 hours per week
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- R13,000+ Company Allowance Package
- Monthly Product Allocation from our esteemed brand portfolio
- 8% - 12% Commission on Salon & Retail Store turnover achieved (regionally)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Reside centrally in or around Port Elizabeth (Eastern Cape)
- Valid driver license & your own, reliable and insured vehicle - this is not negotiable, traveling is an inherent part of this employment
- Ability to travel around EC for store & salon visits / 2-3 per week out of province travel will be required
- You MUST look the part, beautifully groomed and very well presented (hair, skin and nails)
- Demonstrated sales experience with a focus on new business development (Beauty / Cosmetic sector)
- Professional English command for formal business relations, training and national engagement
- Able to work independently
- Accountable and highly driven - what you put in is what you will get out

- Confident in sales, new business development, client relationship building and meeting targets
- Actively pursue and secure new business opportunities
- Develop new marketing strategies
- Previous skin care / luxury brand sales experience

SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
- Manage retail staff at leading Retail outlets
- Build rapport with Retail Staff & Salon Owners alike
- Maintain outlining areas telephonically / schedule annual visits
- Develop strategies to grow the business in region (promo days etc)
- Represent the Brand Portfolio
- Conduct power training to staff and stockists where required
- Assist salon owners with marketing strategies to boost retail
