Surface Preparation: This includes cleaning, scraping, sanding, and patching surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesion.
Paint Application: Applying various types of paint, stains, and finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers.
Quality Control: Performing final inspections to ensure the work meets quality standards.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

Painting Expertise: Proficiency in various painting techniques, including different application methods and knowledge of paint types and finishes.
Safety Awareness: Thorough understanding of safety regulations and procedures related to working at heights and handling hazardous materials.
Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in various positions.
Problem-solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to surface preparation, paint application, and scaffolding.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
Experience: Years of experience as a painter, with specific experience in scaffolding work.
Certifications: May require specific certifications related to scaffolding or working at heights.

Rate will be Market Related.Area : Midrand, Alrode, Pretoria
