• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment and staffing industry.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships.
• Experience in sales will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of cold calling and business development practices will be advantageous.
• Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle are essential.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate teams.
• Excellent organisational, planning, and reporting skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• A strong commitment to customer service excellence and maintaining high operational standards.

• Supervise and manage daily site operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Lead, motivate, and manage on-site teams to achieve operational objectives.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Monitor site performance, address operational challenges, and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain relevant operational records.
