JOB DESCRIPTION:

Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and functional expertise to the Plant for loss analysis, analytics, and training systems. The position will be required to support the Plant leadership team strategy focused on building employee capability.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain
3 years’ experience within a manufacturing environment.
Change management.
SAP
Food, health, & safety experience
Lean management.
