SUMMARY:
Sites Manager - Pretoria Area Security Ind

POSITION INFO:

All candidates must be able to work long, flexible hours and shifts and reside within the immediate Pretoria geographical area.

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12 Senior Certificate

Must be able to search males

Clear Criminal Record

Valid PSIRA Grade B registration and accreditation

Valid driver''s license / Own reliable vehicle

Must be fluent in Afrikaans & English

Must be fully Computer literate

4-5 years’ experience in the Security industry

3 years of previous supervisory experience

First aid, firefighting, health, and safety training

Knowledge of security industry regulations, including operational and client requirements

Duties & Responsibilities:

• To be responsible for a profitable & professional Security environment
• Maintain a high operational standard
• Controlling all assets and equipment entrusted to the position
• Enforcing company policies and procedures
• Professional client contact and problem-solving skills
• Managing all site personnel & training/evaluation of staff
• Effective & efficient Rostering of site staff, time keeping, and recording of time sheets
• Ensuring staff turnover is kept to a minimum
• Communicating in a professional manner
• Safety, complying with all regulations of the OSHA
• Quality Management skills & Taking initiative
• Portraying a participative management style, 
• Ensure effective and efficient day-to-day management of the Site’s Security personnel and conduct risk analysis surveys and inspections.
