POSITION INFO:

Our client requires an experienced hands-on Contracts Manager with a strong site background and a solid  understanding of concrete structures to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, design-driven environment and can manage multiple high-end residential projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple residential construction sites across Cape Town
• Administer and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain strong working relationships
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards
• Identify and resolve contractual and site-related issues proactively
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Report regularly to senior management on project and contractual performance

Requirements

• Diploma in Building, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ site-based experience, with a strong focus on concrete structures
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong client-facing abilities and relationship-building mindset
• Proficiency in construction management tools and MS Office
• Valid driver’s license and own transport
