POSITION INFO:
Job Purpose:
To provide administrative and clerical support on site, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate record-keeping. The Site Clerk will assist with documentation, reporting, and coordination to support the site management team, particularly during periods of staff shortfall.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.
- Prepare and update Excel spreadsheets, databases, and other digital records.
- Assist with daily site administration tasks, including filing, correspondence, and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with site personnel, management, and external stakeholders.
- Support site operations by providing timely information and administrative assistance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, site protocols, and safety procedures.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support site operations.
Requirements:- Strong computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work in line with site hours: Monday to Saturday (generally 06h00–18h00; sometimes 07h00–17h00).
- Prior experience in the construction or mining industries is advantageous but not essentia
