The Role: Site Agent (Building/Construction)

The purpose of this role is to oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, site operations, and project management. The role exists to ensure projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and to the required quality. The main focus areas involve supervising site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers while ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a minimum of 15 years of experience to supervise and control all site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers for efficient project execution.

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities and overall site operations.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.

• Implement and monitor Quality Control measures to ensure a high standard of workmanship across all construction activities.

• Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act and company safety standards.

• Monitor site costs and implement measures to minimize material wastage and unnecessary expenditure.

• Conduct and manage sub-contractor meetings to ensure work progress, coordination, and compliance with project requirements.
