POSITION INFO:
A wellâestablished construction operation is seeking an experienced Site Agent – Building to manage and deliver building works on site.
This is a handsâon leadership role responsible for coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring that construction work is completed safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control dayâtoâday building construction activities on site
- Supervise site teams, foremen, and subcontractors
- Coordinate resources, materials, and plant
- Monitor progress and report against the programme
- Ensure compliance with HSE and quality requirements
- Maintain site records, reports, and documentation
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and planners
Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):- Diploma or Degree in Building, Construction Management, or a related field
- 5–10 years’ experience in building construction
- Proven experience as a Site Agent or Senior Site Supervisor
- Strong knowledge of building construction processes
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
