About the Role

We are seeking a highly accurate and experienced Dealership Vehicle Administration & Stock Controller to join a dynamic automotive team based in Sinoville, Pretoria.

This role requires a specialist who understands the full lifecycle of vehicle administration. You will take full ownership of the vehicle inventory process and the critical administration that supports it—ensuring impeccable record-keeping, flawless documentation, and tight control over all dealership stock.

Key Responsibilities (Vehicle Administration & Stock Control)

• Vehicle Admin: Efficiently handle the complete administration process for vehicle stock, including invoicing, vehicle licensing, registration documentation, and coordinating dealer stock transfers.

• Inventory Management: Manage the full lifecycle of vehicle stock from the moment it arrives on the floor to final delivery administration.

• Data Integrity: Ensure maximum accuracy in vehicle data capturing, stock loading, and status updates on internal systems.

• Reconciliation: Perform regular physical stock counts and meticulously reconcile physical inventory against system records.

• Reporting: Maintain and update precise, detailed Excel spreadsheets to track stock movement, costs, and vehicle history.

• Team Support: Collaborate closely with the sales, finance (F&I), and management teams to ensure a seamless workflow from stock arrival to delivery.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven, solid experience in Vehicle Administration and Stock Control specifically within a vehicle dealership environment is non-negotiable.

• System Proficiency: Hands-on, proficient working knowledge of Evolve dealership management software.

• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for updating and managing detailed stock spreadsheets.

• Attributes: Exceptional accuracy, high attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment.

• References: Must provide contactable references from previous automotive employers.

• Location: Residing in or within reasonable commuting distance of Sinoville, Pretoria.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Basic Salary: R18,000 per month.

• Medical Aid: 50% company contribution (capped at a maximum of R9,260.50, aligned up to the Classic Priority plan).

• Gap Cover: Compulsory at R199.00 per month for all employees joining the medical aid scheme.

• Pension Fund: 8% company contribution.

• Leave Days: 15 days per annum (subject to company policy: leave cannot be taken for more than 10 consecutive working days, and may not be taken over month-end).
