POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Selling Short-Term Insurance:

Identifying and understanding the specific insurance requirements of each client.
Providing Insurance Advice:

Offering professional and accurate advice on cover, exclusions, and terms and conditions.
Managing Client Relationships:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business.
Processing Insurance Policies:

Managing the entire process from quote generation to policy issuance and renewal.
Claims Handling:

Assisting clients with the claims process and ensuring timely resolution of claims.
Compliance:

Adhering to all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Staying Up-to-Date:

Keeping abreast of industry trends and changes in products and regulations.
Sales and Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are crucial.

Knowledge of Short-Term Insurance: A thorough understanding of different insurance products and their coverage.
Compliance and Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding and adhering to the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services (FAIS) Act.
