WatersEdge Solutions is partnering with a client to recruit a motivated Short-Term Insurance Broker / Sales Agent to be based within a premium, high-value motor dealership environment. This role is ideal for someone polished, confident, and commercially driven, with the ability to engage high-net-worth clients and provide tailored insurance solutions linked to vehicle purchases.
About the Role
You’ll assist dealership clients with short-term insurance options while also developing broader personal and commercial insurance business. This is a client-facing sales role suited to someone who enjoys luxury sales environments, relationship-building, and performance-driven earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with short-term insurance solutions during the vehicle purchasing process
- Build and maintain relationships with affluent and professional clients
- Generate new personal and commercial short-term insurance business
- Handle quotations, applications, renewals, amendments, and client servicing
- Deliver professional advice and exceptional client experience
- Work closely with dealership sales teams and management
- Maintain compliance with FAIS and industry regulations
What You’ll Bring
- Previous short-term insurance sales or broking experience preferred
- RE5 qualification
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Professional presentation and confident client engagement
- Comfortable working with high-net-worth individuals

- Relevant FAIS qualifications
