SUMMARY:

Our client is seeking a highly motivated, target-driven and experienced Short-Term Insurance Broker to join their growing team.

This opportunity is well suited to an experienced insurance professional who enjoys developing new business, building strong client relationships and providing clients with insurance solutions tailored to their individual needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring and servicing short-term insurance clients, identifying their insurance requirements and providing accurate and comprehensive advice across Personal and Commercial Lines

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly minimum new-business targets.
Identify and understand clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate cover.
Obtain and compare quotations from a range of insurance providers.
Conduct face-to-face client consultations.
Provide accurate and comprehensive advice regarding clients' insurance requirements.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective business opportunities to consistently achieve monthly targets.
Effectively convert leads provided through the inbound contact centre and internal business channels.

Job Experience & Skills Required

Matric certificate.
RE5 certification.
Relevant NQF Level 4 or 5 qualification, with a minimum of 120 credits.
Class of Business certificates for both Personal and Commercial Lines.
Proven experience dealing with both Personal and Commercial Lines insurance.
Own reliable vehicle.
Valid driver's licence.
