Salary: R20 000 CTC

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) — essential
Regulatory Examination RE5 — completed or in progress (advantageous)
National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Built Environment, or a related field (advantageous)
Short-term insurance qualification through the Insurance Institute of South Africa (IISA) or equivalent (advantageous).
Minimum Required Experience
Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a short-term insurance claims environment, whether as a Claims Consultant, claims administrator, or in a junior assessment support role
Basic working knowledge of homeowners/HOC (Homeowners Comprehensive) policy cover, standard claim types, and the South African short-term claims process
Experience reading and interpreting policy schedules, wordings, and contractor/supplier quotes (advantageous)
Exposure to claims management or case tracking systems (advantageous)
