Our client a well-established company based in the Southern Suburbs is looking for a SHOP ASSISTANT / ADMINISTRATOR to joint their team.

DUTIES:

Reception / Sales Assistant

E-mail correspondence

Order taking / making up orders

Arrange courier deliveries

Handle walk in customers

End-of-day cash up and reconciling to Pastel

Daily invoicing

Handle client queries

Liaise with other branches

REQUIREMENT:

Pastel knowledge

Hard working & committed

Attention to detail

Able to work 2 Saturday’s per month

Own vehicle and valid license

Grade 12

Interest and knowledge of ceramics / pottery - advantageous
