Key responsibilities include daily reconsolidation of raw materials into finished products, performing regular equipment checks with the maintenance team, managing personnel, ensuring production goals are met, overseeing quality control, maintaining good housekeeping standards, and adhering to all relevant legislation and regulations.
Applicants should be a qualified Wheat Miller with 5-10 years of experience in a similar role and a willingness to work shifts. Extensive knowledge of food safety and health and safety legislation is essential. Candidates must be thorough, compliant, and capable of effective communication, teamwork, problem analysis, and decision-making. Constantly adding value to the role is expected.
