Our client in the mining sector is seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor (Shift Boss) to join their underground operations. The ideal candidate will be safety-driven, disciplined, and capable of leading teams in a high-pressure environment.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

• Blasting Certificate – essential
• Shift Supervisor Certificate – essential
• Matric / Grade 12
• Minimum 3–4 years’ experience as an Underground Shift Supervisor
• Proven experience in coordinating and supervising underground production activities
• Medically fit to work underground
• Clear criminal record
• Stable employment history with contactable references
