Shift / Production Coordinator

*Duties and Responsibilities:

*Identifies risks in area of responsibility and immediate operations.
*Ensure that all administrative procedures are performed and documents are traceable.
*Monitor, maintain and ensure quality and production documentation are completed as per work procedures.
*Monitor and ensure adherence to Production and Quality Procedures.
*Monitor and ensure adherence to standards.
*Manage all Process and quality deviations.
*Conduct Audits and manage findings.
*Monitor, maintain and ensure adherence to cleaning schedules and WI as per factory requirement.
*Oversee plant maintenance and engineering services.
*Monitor and ensure assistance with first line and preventative maintenance.
*Monitor and ensure machine condition checks.
*Contacting and arranging for maintenance support.
*Monitor and ensure adherence to procedures and standards.
*Apply 5S principles.
*Auditing and inspection of area and equipment.
*Promote awareness and review performance.
*Continuous improvement and effective team work.
*Monitor, maintain and ensure corrective and preventative improvement actions through structured problem solving.
*Create an environment conducive to effective team work and innovation.
*Setup effective teams and ensure review of performance.
*Promote and ensure effective team communication.
*Optimise FCW team performance.
*Measure and monitor team and individual performance.
*Manage Human resources in the factory.
*Manage and conduct performance of individuals.
*Manage IR situations and ensure positive IR environment.
