Our client is looking for a Specialist: SharePoint Developer to join their dynamic team in the East of Johannesburg.

Duties:
 

• Design, customise, and execute SharePoint-developed websites tailored to user needs.
• Set development goals and benchmarks for web application projects and deliver on them.
• Integrate SharePoint solutions with MS Office to solve complex business problems.
• Improve business processes and operations through SharePoint expertise.
• Deliver smooth, efficient, and impressive user experiences.
• Identify, analyse, and digitise processes across the business for automation.
• Develop innovative solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Ensure security by design, incorporating automated testing into build and release pipelines.
• Create re-usable design patterns and solutions.
• Build integrations with other platforms and data sources via APIs.
• Enhance ETL pipeline mechanisms for improved data management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to gather requirements and provide updates.
• Mentor and coach team members to build capability within the BI/SharePoint space.

• Matric ( Grade 12)
• Minimum:Diploma in Computer Science / Software Engineering (NQF6+).
• Preferred:Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering (NQF7+).

• 3+ years’ experience as a SharePoint Developer.
• Proven expertise in PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Hands-on experience with modern API platforms.
• Understanding of cloud platforms and services (Azure & Office 365).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• SharePoint Online & SharePoint 2013
• PowerShell (using SharePoint & PnP Modules)

• SQL Server (on-prem)

• Azure / Active Directory
