Services Level Manager – Public Sector

This position is limited to BBBEE candidates due to BEE requirements.

Location: Johannesburg

Position Overview:

A profound public sector department has an exciting new position available for a Services Level Manager.

One will be responsible for the maintenance, negotiations, and agreement of SLAs with internal and external stakeholders and 3rd parties, as well as the ICT on any Service Level Requirements (SLR’s) for any proposed new/developing services.

The Service Level Manager will analyse and review service performance against SLAs and OLAs.

Experience, Qualifications and Skills Required:

Minimum of a completed National Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Computing or ICT related field
A minimum of 4 years’ extensive experience in SLA / Service Level Management function.
Minimum ITIL Version 3 Intermediate level certification or higher / an ITIL Service Delivery qualification or higher is compulsory.
Other ICT Industry specific qualifications will be an advantage.
