Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager/Sales Rep to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing existing clients and growing business within the FMCG industry. You will also be expected to travel nationally, plan call schedules, and manage a team of 3 staff members.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Service existing clients and grow business within the FMCG industry
- Plan call schedules and conduct sales calls to customers
- Plan and build market share across all categories
- Work on promotional activity to boost sales
- Build client relationships and ensure service effectiveness
- Submit weekly sales reports by required deadlines
- Proactively seek new business and market opportunities
- Manage sales administration and oversee a team of 3 staff members
Requirements
- Qualifications: BSc Degree in Food Science, National Diploma in Food Services
- Skills: BSc in Food Science preferred
