SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a skilled, hands-on Service Technician to join our dynamic team and provide exceptional support to our clients across the region.

POSITION INFO:

Install, commission, and maintain systems at client sites
Perform diagnostics and repairs (electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic components)
Deliver on-site technical support and user training to operators and maintenance staff
Support remote troubleshooting and provide advice via phone/email when required
Maintain accurate service reports, documentation, and inventory records
Collaborate with internal sales and project teams on system upgrades or retrofits
Upholding high service and safety standards

Skills & Experience:
Minimum Technical qualification (National Diploma in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering)
Minimum 3 years of experience in a field service or maintenance technician role
Solid knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, pneumatics, and industrial automation
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English (Afrikaans is a plus)
