Service Supervisor

SUMMARY:
Schedule and run all operational activities in the service department for one of the industry leaders in Industrial Refrigeration Solutions.

POSITION INFO:

Schedule and organize all field service work, rebuilding work done by the workshop and commissioning of new installations

Supervise a team of refrigeration service technicians

Allocate service jobs to technicians ensuring work is done to client satisfaction

Manage technician time sheets and drawing up standby sheets ensuring technicians are available for after hour call outs

Lead safety standards on site and liaise with clients and suppliers of spares

Ensuring clients and projects are invoiced correctly and on time

Ensuring all relevant info is attached to SAP

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in managing service technicians or similar role

Excellent administration and organizational skills

Well versed and experienced in setting up schedules and doing maintenance planning

Technical experience (Refrigeration experience preferred)

Experience with SAP (Beneficial)

Qualification:

Relevant degree or diploma in technical or engineering related field (Beneficial)
