We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Manager to oversee and lead a well-established motor company in Polokwane, Limpopo
Duties:
Responsible for managing all aspects of the Service and Parts Department, including overseeing sales performance, staff management, and financial operations for both departments. Develops and implements effective marketing strategies to drive business growth while maintaining profitability through strict financial controls. Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering efficient service and fostering strong customer relationships. Leads, develops, and motivates team members to achieve departmental goals and maintain high performance standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Service, Workshop, or Aftersales Management.
- Experience within a corporate-branded dealership's Service Department.
- Experience with brands with commercial vehicles or trucks.
- Must have a trade certificate for Diesel Mechanic.
- Strong management and leadership abilities.
- Self-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Clear criminal record.
- Grade 12 or a relevant tertiary qualification.
