Growing company involved in designing, selling, installing and maintaining all types of Air conditio

POSITION INFO:

Growing company involved in designing, selling, installing and maintaining all types of Air conditioning, Refrigeration and Ventilation systems, applicable to the light industrial and commercial industry, is looking for a Service Manager to ensure that the service department operates effectively.

For the position you would be required to have:

Grade 12/ Matric
Relevant tertiary qualification in HVAC preferred
Sound management and organising ability
Around 5 years’ management experience in the HVAC industry
Sound technical ability
Strong administration and customer service skills

Responsibilities would include you to:

Planning and scheduling planned work, repairs/ maintenance and unscheduled callouts
Ensure job card numbers are issued and updated
Ensure all paperwork is accurate and done timeously
Submit repair quotations
Contact potential new clients
Ensure accurate reporting/ feedback to clients and management

Salary on offer: R20k per month (negotiable)

Working hours: 6:00 to 17:00
