SUMMARY:
Durban North. Opportunity exists for highly organised and driven Service Manager who is able to cope with high work volumes and has excellent customer service ability to join an established business servicing the residential and commercial airconditioning market in KZN. Experience in HVAC advantageous.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

Answering calls and liaising with clients daily
Managing client’s requests for servicing and breakdowns
Scheduling and booking two-man teams with an assistant to fill their schedules daily
Dealing with HVAC parts suppliers daily and ordering parts and spares required for Technicians
Managing warranty claims and paperwork
Invoicing daily and managing credit notes and general filing thereof
Managing team incentive points system daily and relevant paperwork and spreadsheets
Collaborating with admin staff for various queries and issues related to suppliers and clients
