JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client has a position available in their organization for a Service Controller, based in Port Elizabeth.

Requirements:

Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
Grade 12.
Must be able to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
Previous call center experience an advantage.
Must have good client relation skills and be client focused.
Must be energetic and able to communicate clearly with both internal and external clients.
Time management and punctuality is essential.
Ability to multitask.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Obtaining meter readings and accurate capturing thereof.
Updating information on SAP (client details).
Processing client toner/consumable orders on a daily basis.
Daily completion of work related administration (filing etc.).
Logging service calls.
Responding to / acknowledging all email requests received.
Efficient client feedback, via email or telephone.
Assist when required with other call center functions.
Processing of quotation on request.
Must meet prescribed deadlines.
