Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling high volumes of calls and emails with professionalism and empathy.
• Log and track service requests, maintenance calls, repairs, and loan units accurately within the internal systems.
• Coordinate across various departments to ensure customer issues are resolved, quotes are processed, and orders are placed on time.
• Manage the end-to-end service lifecycle, ensuring all tasks are assigned, followed up, and closed according to SLA requirements.
• Provide regular, proactive communication to clients regarding the progress of their queries or technical repairs.
• Manage and prioritise multiple open requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle escalations and difficult customer situations with composure, ensuring a solution-oriented approach at all times.

Requirements

• Matric Certificate (Minimum qualification).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support or service coordination role (Essential).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call centre environment.
• High level of computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and follow-through.
• Residing in or able to commute to Bryanston daily.
