Educational Requirements for Service Consultant:

Grade 12

Relevant certificates

Educational legislation

At least 2 years’ experience in a call centre or similar role within an higher education/academic environment

Duties and Responsibilities of the Service Consultant:

Provide quality support, services and advice to students, potential students, and staff of college.

Customer enquiry support

Customer retention support

Manage student queries in general and ensure that the relationship between the college and students remain professional.

Assist with resolving student transfers.

Administer FAQ database

Send correspondence to students.

Assist with resolving student refunds.

Assist with resolving programme related queries.

Administration duties

Attend meetings and workshops.
