POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor and/or Warranty Clerk in the motor industry
• Strong understanding of dealership service processes and warranty procedures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Computer literate (experience with dealership management systems advantageous)
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as the first point of contact for service customers, providing excellent customer support
• Coordinating vehicle bookings, updates, and follow-ups with clients
• Processing warranty claims and ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards
• Preparing job cards and ensuring accurate service documentation
• Liaising between customers, technicians, and management to ensure a smooth workflow
