SUMMARY:
We''re recruiting a Service Advisor in the commercial vehicle industry to coordinate workshop activities, manage customer communication, and ensure a seamless service experience from booking to vehicle delivery.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer enquiries and provide regular updates on vehicle repairs and service progress.
Open and administer estimates, repair orders, and job cards.
Obtain customer approvals and ensure accurate costing and invoicing of completed work.
Coordinate with workshop staff, technicians, and the parts department to ensure efficient service delivery.
Verify warranty, service plan, and maintenance plan coverage and process related administration.
Monitor workshop workflow and ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance.
Promote service campaigns and identify upselling opportunities where applicable.
Ensure compliance with company procedures regarding vehicle release, payments, and documentation.
Maintain accurate records and deliver a high level of customer service at all times.

Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12).
Minimum 3 years experience as a Service Advisor within a commercial vehicle, truck, automotive, or dealership environment.
Valid Code 8 Drivers Licence.
Computer literate with strong administrative capabilities.
Experience working with workshop management systems and dealership processes will be advantageous.
