Service Advisor - Western Cape - George

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A client in George is looking for a Service Advisor to join their service department team.

Requirements:

Matric
Drivers license
Strong administration skills, systematic, client centric
Outgoing and not scared for a challenge

Responsibilities:

Meet and greet customers
Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP)
Ensure accurate warranty and motorplan details on system
Update necessary vehicle details
Prepare quotations
Ensure accurate invoice payments
Full vehicle handover process
Customer follow ups
Maintain a high CSI

Package offered: R9 200 Basic Salary + Incentives + Benefits
