SUMMARY:
Luxury Automotive brand seeking a customer-centric Service Advisor

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric
3 years experience as a Service Advisor (Stable track record)
Act as the first point of contact with the client on the walk-in/tow-in side
Follow up on parts ordered, and bookings are made to suit customers – daily
Keep customers up to date about the information on the status of the vehicle
Handle all customer queries/concerns – daily
Make out job cards, accurately and timeously and put job cards through for costing – daily
Maintain reasonable control over sublet supplies, using competent suppliers at the best costing and who can provide timeous delivery
Collect payments from customers that are due, prior to handing back the vehicle
