Service Advisor

SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a professional and client-focused Service Advisor to join their dynamic financial services team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to clients, assisting with account administration, and maintaining strong ongoing relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality financial service.
 
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:00- 17:00
Area: Bedfordview, Johannesburg Area

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric, NQF Level 6 or 7, CFP or CFA candidates or enrolled
• Experience within the Financial Service Industry will be beneficial
• Must be computer literate (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Driver’s licence and own car is a must to visit clients
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and planning skills
• Strong people skills are required

• Respond to and resolve client queries promptly and professionally to maintain strong client relationships.
• Responsible for nurturing long-term customer relationships by ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues.
• Serving as a main point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues and complaints, managing relationships, providing information about products and services, and fostering client loyalty by ensuring satisfaction and anticipating their needs.
