SUMMARY:
A premium automotive dealership in Nelspruit is seeking a highly motivated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service, smooth workshop operations, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and liaise with customers regarding service and repair requirements.
• Schedule appointments, manage workshop workflow, and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
• Provide accurate cost estimates and service explanations to clients.
• Maintain clear communication with technicians, parts department, and management.
• Promote value-added services, warranties, and accessories to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with company standards.

• 3 + Years experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry (premium or franchised dealership experience preferred but not essential).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, service procedures, and parts is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license.
