POSITION INFO:
Job Specification
They support clients and dealers across South Africa with innovative hardware, software, and transactional services
Efficient, organised, and tech-savvy administrator who is able to multi-task and handle various aspects within the office environment and reception
This role includes coordinating device support, helping gather technical fault information, assisting with sales enquiries, communicating with our dealer network, managing a small tech stockroom, and generating quotes using our internal system

Reception & Admin
Welcome visitors and answer calls professionally
Handle courier logistics (inbound and outbound)
Format and send reports and emails based on company standards
Maintain a tidy reception and office environment
 
Technical Support Coordination
Arrange device swop-outs for faulty terminals
Collect clear issue descriptions from clients (symptoms, codes)
Assist in basic troubleshooting steps using internal checklists
Log and track support tasks accurately
 
Sales & Dealer Network Support
Respond to incoming sales enquiries via phone or email
Provide product info or refer to the appropriate team member
Generate quotes using our internal quote generation system
Communicate with dealer agents regarding queries, follow-ups, or lead referrals
Track dealer requests and ensure responses are followed through
 
Small Stock Room Management
Maintain accurate records of items like mice, routers, and patch cables
Log items in/out and report low stock when necessary
Keep the storage area neat and organized
 
Minimum Requirements
Matric or Equivalent
Post-matric admin or IT qualifications highly beneficial
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel)
1–2 years' experience in admin, receptionist, or sales support roles
Experience in a technical or customer-facing environment preferred
Must be confident working with internal systems (training provided)
Genuine interest in technology – they value curiosity and enthusiasm
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive in following up tasks
Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple priorities
Willingness to learn their products and tools, including their quoting platform
