Are you currently a Team Leader or Supervisor working in a highly regulated environment such as Call Centre / BPO /Financial Services & Insurance/ Telecom/ or Energy & Utilities and are ready for your next step?

Our client is looking for a people and process-driven professional who can easily adapt and apply their experience of working in a highly regulated type of environment directly into this role.

This role isn’t about selling — it’s about making the engine run smoothly behind the scenes through providing  high-level administration and reporting, co-ordinating sales campaigns, providing sales support and manage aspects of compliance.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a small team (Sales Supervisor + Broker & Agent Support)
• Keep processes tight and teams accountable
• Manage existing processes / Implement new processes
• Oversee compliance, administration, reporting, and CRM analysis
• Ensure agent vetting, onboarding, and training meets FAIS, CPD, POPIA, FICA standards
• Work directly with the Director to support operational delivery
• Matric
• 6+ years in administration/compliance in a regulated industry
• Team leader or supervisor experience (call centre or BPO a plus)
• Strong with Excel, Word, CRM systems & business writing
• Highly organised, analytical, and clear communicator
