Job Role

Senior Talent Acquisition professional with the experience and credibility to operate at a strategic level. The candidate must have a proven track record in complex, multi-site organizations such as Retail, FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, QSR, or large corporates, and must have led or owned talent acquisition strategy rather than simply delivering recruitment processes.

Experience

The role requires someone who can drive succession planning, talent mapping, and workforce planning, while identifying high-potential talent and partnering closely with senior leaders as a trusted advisor.
Candidates must demonstrate a deep understanding of recruitment systems, assessment tools, and data-driven decision-making, with the ability to leverage metrics and dashboards to inform strategy.
We are looking for a professional who is structured, forward-thinking, and confident in their communication, with the gravitas and credibility to engage directly with HR leadership.
A formal HR or Talent qualification is essential, with a solid foundation in HR.
This is an office-based, business-embedded role with limited flexibility.
The candidate will bring strategic insight, strong presence, and the ability to shape talent acquisition in a complex, fast-paced environment.
