My client is looking for a highly skilled Support Engineer / Microsoft 365 Specialist to join their growing SaaS environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of IT support, automation, and product improvement.

You will be part of a collaborative, cross-functional team working closely with Product and Engineering to resolve complex issues and improve platform stability. Key Responsibilities:

Provide advanced technical support across Microsoft 365 environments, including SharePoint Online and Power Automate
Investigate and resolve complex or escalated support issues, ensuring minimal business impact
Take full ownership of support tickets, ensuring SLA adherence, quality documentation, and timely resolution
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventative measures to reduce recurring issues
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other internal teams to identify improvements and deliver better outcomes
Contribute to knowledge base creation and process optimization within support operations

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education
Relevant IT qualification or equivalent practical experience

Experience

Minimum 5+ years’ hands-on experience in Microsoft 365, specifically SharePoint Online and Power Automate
Proven experience supporting products within a SaaS environment
Demonstrated ability to resolve complex or escalated technical support issues
Strong background in support operations, including SLA ownership, ticket quality, and root cause analysis
Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams

Skills

Microsoft 365 suite (SharePoint Online essential)
Power Automate and workflow automation
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
Solid understanding of support frameworks and service delivery
