SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Senior Store Administrator to join their team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:

Senior certificate
Relevant Qualification
A working knowledge of the latest Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, and Power Point & Outlook)
Experience working on a time and attendance system (Preferably Edma)
Minimum of 3 year’s experience retail environment
HR work experience will be an advantage
Ability to work under pressure
Clear criminal record

Duties:

Serve as liaison between the store and head office
Oversee the administrative and HR Operations of the Store
Maintaining employee files and records
Recruitment and Selection functions for all junior roles in the store
Labour Relations – Disciplinary Enquiries, Warnings, Investigation process
Ensuring that all injury on duties (IOD’s) are completed within the stipulated time frame as per Department of Labour requirements and submitted to Head Office
Monitoring and managing the timekeeping of all staff on the EDMA system
Ensure that all store staff are managed effectively
Giving feedback to the workforce relating to all HR matters
Checking and overseeing all payroll submissions to Head Office
Dealing with customer queries and complaints efficiently
Implement daily controls
Ensuring that the uniform and stationery order process are followed correctly
Complete onboarding of all new staff and co-ordinate the relevant training
Ensure that the Health and Safety checks are being completed by the reps
Ensure that the first aid audits are being completed by the reps
Ad-hoc duties by management
