Are you a driven and experienced construction professional ready to take the lead on major building projects? Our Client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Agent / Construction Manager to join their dynamic team at a well-established construction company known for delivering high-quality commercial, residential, and infrastructure developments. Minimum requirements:
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transport
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management/Civil Engineering or related field
- Valid registration with SACPCMP as Construction Manager
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in construction management roles, especially with earthworks and roadworks
- Extensive experience and knowledge with legal responsibilities, environmental requirements and QAQC
- Previous experience with renewable energy/solar projects will be highly beneficial

- HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment)
- Legal Liability
- Construction Regulations
- First Aid
Duties and responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of a solar project, from initial planning to final handover, ensuring it is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Duties includes budget management, site management, risk management, communication and reporting, contract management, team management, quality control, safety management, problem solving, coordinating subcontractors, managing site operations, and ensuring compliance with all regulations
Remuneration:
R 40 000 - R 60 000, depending on experience, + accommodation, company vehicle, laptop, cellphone
