A leading construction firm is seeking an experienced Senior Site Agent to oversee and manage a major concrete structural project near Airport Industria, Cape Town. This is a high-profile development requiring strong leadership and technical expertise in concrete building structures.
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring progress meets programme and quality expectations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site staff, and material deliveries efficiently.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean and secure site environment.
• Manage site documentation, reporting, and quality assurance procedures.
• Liaise with engineers, architects, and clients to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor progress and productivity against budget and schedule.

• Minimum 8–10 years’ experience as a Site Agent, with strong concrete building structure background.
• Proven track record managing large structural concrete projects.
• Relevant construction qualification (ND/BTech/BSc in Construction Management or Civil Engineering).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of construction drawings, setting out, and formwork systems.
• Health & Safety compliance experience essential.
• Own transport and valid driver’s licence
