SUMMARY:
Calling all Senior Sales Executives /Account Managers in the Jhb area.

POSITION INFO:

A dynamic and established company, recognised for delivering cutting-edge display hardware to major local and international brands, is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join their innovative team.

This is a key opportunity for a driven and results-oriented sales professional to take ownership of the full sales cycle, drive new business growth, and manage long-term client relationships in a creative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Management:
• Convert inbound leads from digital platforms.
• Generate new business through strategic outreach and prospecting.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing clients.
• Market Development:
• Work closely with leadership to identify and act on new market opportunities.
• Conduct market research and networking to grow client base.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Product Knowledge & Client Solutions:
• Gain deep understanding of the product portfolio and services.
• Present tailored solutions aligned to client needs.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and lead client briefings.
• Target Achievement:
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets—weekly, monthly, and annually.
• Client & Project Management:
• Oversee multiple accounts and projects with precision and efficiency.
• Ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or 3-year diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive B2B sales experience (preferably in manufacturing, design, or display-related industries).
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Valid Code 8 driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Desirable:

• Exposure to FMCG, marketing, printing, or design/display sectors.
• Familiarity with CorelDraw, Adobe Suite, or SketchUp is advantageous.
