POSITION INFO:

Retail Store in Randburg area is looking for a Butcher / Butchery Manager to join the team. Looking for candidates with 8+ years experience in butchery management, preferably in a retail environment. General butchery management skills required. Must be skilled in meat preparation, cutting as well as have knowledge of meat aging techniques. Must have exceptional quality and quantity control skills. The suitable candidate will have knowledge of food health and safety as well as staff management and training. Must be able to work with high volumes. Looking for someone who is skilled in meat packing and portioning. Only candidates with good contactable references will be considered. R 20000 – 30000 K.
